The best place would be Opposite the Glass Window for perfect lighting(Not on Sides or Front). The decoration in front of glass window will have too much backlight and makes the photos dark(As if you are looking directly into light source).
The decoration on side of window would make on side brighter and other darker. So if possible, always opposite the Window.

14.What if the host is running late for an Event?
The photographer typically arrives 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up equipment, lighting, and other necessary preparations. It is essential that the client arrives on time, as the photographer requires a minimum of 30 minutes to capture individual and family portraits, document the event decor, and conduct any interviews or "bites" of the hosts. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all decorations are completed before the photographer's arrival to ensure optimal coverage of the event's decor.
